How exactly will we work together?
Once we determine the best service package for you and arrange all administrative details; we’ll begin by establishing project milestones and target completion dates. From there, we’ll set up a time for weekly or bi-weekly meetings; typically over the phone or digitally via Skype, to make the most of our time together.
All our project updatets, project files, revisions, and dialogue will be posted through our project management system – to which you will be given your own account. This way, we can ensure everything remains streamlined and nothing gets lost in the “back-and-forth” of standard e-mail.

Sometimes, all you need is a graphic designer to take a care of a “one-off” service in a tight time frame – we completely get it! Likewise, you may feel that you don’t “need everything” included in our design packages.
At The XFactor Agency, we are first and foremost in the business of helping our clients create results through their brand and online presence. That’s why we start all of our new clients with a package that best suits their needs so we can develop an outstanding, congruent, and powerful platform that serves as their brand foundation.
